More than 80 Palestinians killed by Israeli strikes since ceasefire ...

Israeli air strikes are continuing in Gaza ahead of the ceasefire agreement and hostage deal with Hamas, which comes into effect on Sunday, subject to the Israeli cabinet's approval.

The strikes killed 73 people overnight, following the announcement of the deal, Gaza's Hamas-run civil defence agency reported.
Victims include 12 people who were living in a residential block in the Sheikh Radwan neighbourhood of Gaza City, the health ministry said.

The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) initially said "a fallen projectile" had been identified in southern Israel on Thursday, but later said it had been wrongly identified.

A doctor in Gaza City's Baptist Hospital said staff "did not rest for one minute" during the "bloody night".

"The injured kept on coming," Dr Amjad Eliwah told the BBC. "The dead were sent directly to the morgue."

He said "for a little while, everyone was happy and joyful", following news of the ceasefire.

"Then the same people who were happy were dead."

Do you know what the US did to Japan after Pearl Harbor? They dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, totally devastating the country. And this was during wartime. Now, imagine Hamas, broke a temporary peace/ceasefire with Israel on October 7 and murdered thousands and kidnapped some.
Such action alone should have led Israel to justify a real genocide and annihilation of anything Palestine!🤷🏼

The hypocrisy is staggering! Good thing is, Israel's not committing genocide, or else there wouldn't be a single Arab or Muslim left in the trash called Palestine or Eretz Israel.

If it was a genocide,all Muslims around the state of Israel would have been rounded up the way the Jews were rounded up and executed during the Holocaust.

Not all individuals in Gaza are involved in militant activities. While some may be linked to armed groups like Hamas, many civilians, including women and children, are also caught in the conflict.

Technically, the ceasefire has not commenced and both parties are still at war.
This last minute pounding by Israel when agreement has already been reached is a sign of bad faith but does not violate the ceasefire deal
