Eat foods high in protein. If possible eat 6 times a day. You'll notice changes in 1 month. Lean meats: Chicken breast, beef, turkey Fish: Salmon, tuna Eggs Greek yogurt Peanut butter Oats Avocado Almond milk Protein powders Try to eat 2500-3000 calories a day If you can eat 6 times a day, more if possible. Don't forget to workout, so you can convert all that fat to muscle. Most important: You need money to add healthy weight and maintain it. You can decide to cheat by eating junk food and gain weight but that is unhealthy gain and you will be at a high risk of multiple sicknesses later in life. So, eat healthy, bulk healthy.
