stupidmods:Just proceed with registration on the portal and then do registration when it is time. You need to have access to your email ahead of registration. Email is yourmatno@noun.edu.ng, default password is your Matric number in uppercase. |

Pls I've been having issues with login to the new portal since they did the migration last year. I've went to ICT department at VI and followed the steps to follow to register/reset password on the new portal but it's not going. If I login, it'll bring the 1st screen shot about going to announcement page/homepage but there's nothing like announcement there, it's only on support.nou.edu.ng that there's an instruction (2nd screenshot) and even the steps there is not working. If I try to reset the password or login again on the portal login page, it'll be saying email address error as shown in 3rd screei But my noun gmail is working well and I've been receiving mails to it. I can also login to support.nou.edu.ng to view my results. I even tried to register as frest student my matric no. it went through but login is still not going. I'm a 400L student that have finished my exams since 2/3 semesters ago with only project remaining, so I don't know if that's another reason that's happening. Or are 400L students experiencing what I'm experiencing on the portal?

We're trying to apply for masters degree program but has not been able to get a remita or order number. After filling the form, we are not redirected to payment portal but to continue with hanging payment without the payment being made. Is it possible to bypass the initial form and pay via remita for the application fee and then continue? Kindly treat as urgent. |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 11:01am On Jan 23, 2025 |
CeeCyrils:Nooo. Never try to bypass the first form you fill. Please send a DM for assistance. The form is straight forward. |

Okay, thank you. But how will I proceed? It said payment already initiated when I have not made payment apart from the one that got a glitch and I couldn't register last semester. I have changed email and phone number, still not progressing. Meanwhile, someone said application portal is closed till March. How true? Enskynelson: |

aliadi2:Good evening @enkelyson I complained that I have courses showing on my support portal but not showing on the registration portal you said you have someone with same issue and I said that I have finished all my courses but was only waiting for project approval from my supervisor, so I got the approval sir and they upload the project at my study centre then I checked back after 2 month if Abuja have replied for correction but when our student counselor checked no changes so he said that means they approved it that I should go and print out the project. I wanted to ask if there is anything I have to do or just go and print out the project and wait for result. |

Hey fellow Nounites, I have just printed my NYSC Exclusion letter from the nysc portal. Will the school call me to come collect my certificate? Or I have to call the school/go to the school to check if NYSC has sent it to them? |

omoyemoses:What you have printed is what you will present on place of NYSC discharge certificate. There is nothing more to expect from the school or NYSC. |

aliadi2:Just print, know the colour of the binding and the copies required of you and do accordingly. In some weeks from now, we will be expecting graduation lists |

Hello Enskynelson, please I would like to ask one or two questions. 1.I have applied for an MBA in business administration in NOUN and I have gone to do documents verification to get matric number.Unfortunately, matric number was not given to me because I havent process my transcript to be sent NOUN. Now, am I going to request soft copy of my undergraduate ranscript to be sent to NOUN or hardcopy or both? 2. Please when is the MBA program starting? 3. Please do you have the idea of the tuition fees for the whole MBA programme? 4.How do I get materials to start preparing ahead? 5. Kindly share with me what you think will be useful for me for the MBA programme and if you want me to DM you, kindly share your email to contact you. You quick response will be highly appreciated. Thanks and God bless you! |

nasjeje:1. Any transcripts that should be sent must be sent officially. Soft copy or hard copy is accepted by the School of Postgraduate Studies. What you need to present before being given Matric number is an evidence of application for the transcripts. 2. The programme will begin by next month, just like every other programme in NOUN. But I advice you don't wait before you start your own studies as the major work lies in your personal efforts. You can get materials and start studying ahead. If you need that, I can guide you 3. For fees: It will be around 400k plus. First semester is about 126,000. The programme is for 4 semesters. Minimum credits required is about 72 units including seminar and project. The programme has special area- Marketing, Human Resources, Banking and Finance. In your second year, the electives you will choose is determined by any of these areas you choose. 4. Check my profile. You will see my contact info on my displayed picture. |

Enskynelson:Is it possible for someone already doing a program at NOUN to apply for another program like MBA when he is not done with the first program? |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 11:46am On Jan 26, 2025 |
humility33:It is NOT ALLOWED. While applying for NOUN admission, you will be asked if you are currently doing any program in NOUN. And you must answer NO in order to proceed. |

Enskynelson:Thanks Boss Is it possible if I round up my Msc project this semester I will be able to get my results and transcripts this year? |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 11:59am On Jan 26, 2025 |
humility33:If it's only project left and you have started, try and finish up ASAP and pray there should be another window to upload. Convocation is once a year and it will be in March/April. If however u miss that, you can still graduate and get your statement of result later this year. But you will have to wait till next year for the certificate to be given to you |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 12:00pm On Jan 26, 2025 |
humility33:YES. Once your name appears in graduation list, you can get your transcripts and get your statement of result immediately. |

Enskynelson:Please can assist with this I want to apply for undergraduate program to study biology science, what is the years of study and school fees for first year? Thanks a lot |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 12:39pm On Jan 27, 2025 |
Andrenalin:If you don't have prior relevant qualifications, it's 4years. Registration is every semester and not every session (every year). First semester registration is often the highest. For B.Sc. Biology, the first I semester is about 127,000. Note that there is also BSc(Ed) Biology (Biology Education). The fees for first semester is about 113,000. |
