Is it today state govts started sending student on foreign scholarship? This is Kano state govt sending 2600 student abroad in 2014 with subsidy still in effect

The fact that you are interested in repatriating funds from the UK instead of local industrialisation is shocking. The entire remittance from Nigerians is less than $25 billion less than the potential income of Dangote Refinery and petrochemical company; I imagine if Nigerians had 10 Dangote instead of 1 million Nigeria remitting peanuts.
