Stop looking at things from a parochial perspective. The fact it's just a block away from a UN building, should tell you that they're trying to circumvent the need of paying exorbitant fees to lodge officials for UN gathering.

I don't care how incensed or emotional you're about this. This so could building pale in comparison with plethora of them we've in Abuja where I stay or even Lagos, not talking of others that exist in various cities in Nigeria.
