swearing an affidavit is not a factor but the factor is that as of today, the 27 law makers are still PDP member and as such the part registered book affirmed.

When dealing with a party matter, the important factor is part register book and they are still a member.

More so, from APC register book they aren't a member and never admitted them as a member.

so based on this, they are pdp members.

They will both win some of the cases and lose some of the cases.

The major case that can change the entire political atmosphere of Rivers State is for the Supreme court to determine if there is strong evidence available to the court to support that the defected PDP lawmakers have actually defected and by so doing, they have vacated their seats.

This is the real judgement that will change loads of other things.

There was no direct call. The crux of the matter is about their defection and legitimacy.

Let anyone drop the section of the constitution that is written.

There is nothing like confusion. No law says he lose your office when decamped from your party to another party. Ned Nwoko has just dumped pdp for Apc, same way some house of rep members from labour decamped to Apc. Wike camp will win this particular case. They will be proclaim as rivers house of assembly members.

He has no choice but to setup a panel when prompted by the house of assembly.
If he continuously refuses, he could be dismissed by the NJC for gross misconduct.

It is not like this would be the first time an impeachment would take place.
Peter Obi was impeached so was Ladoja of Oyo while both were the sitting governors.
