Once again... Can we focus on our nations, and leave Trump alone?!! He is not coming to power to favour any nation ahead of America. Haven't heard Putin or Xi Jinping bitching about like you Nigerian leaders and citizens have been doing since yesterday. |

I hope Tinubu will not fill up his administration with quacks and imbeciles like Buhari did. Nigeria is a consumer country who imports the only product that needs no foreign aid; crude oil. Trump's tarrif on foreign countries has no effect on this giant nation of import |

This man just keeps shooting from the hips on every issue in a bid to force his tax bills as one big deal Donald Trump had not even been elected president when your wrote your tax bills yet you're claiming the bills will solve challenges posed by Trump's policies Oga you need to rest All these your claims as if tax reforms will turn Nigeria to China shows there's more than meets the eye with the bills |

Clueless Nigerians supporting their god Trump will soon have to put their money on the line for him. If you have people who send you money from the US, Canada, Europe, etc., that will reduce or stop as they will have to spend more too (25 - 30%) on their current expenses, which will reduce their disposable income / discretionary spending! Welcome to a world of destroying oneself with short-sighted stoopidity! There is a way out though which is mostly available only to rich folks (~12% of the US population) who own / control about 85% of the stock market or own businesses. If not, this move ensures you will be poorer and your children will inherit the debt & be further behind in life! This is before adding the burden of their student loans, and for the adults, almost no chance of qualifying for a mortgage to own a home! So, if you’re a Trump supporter in Nigeria and you think he is doing something great, you’ve been pwned! The effects will spread to most parts of the world and you will pay by giving-up the little you get currently. The people only exceptions is if you can access (buy & sell stocks / ETFs) the US stock market and even if you can, you will need significant money to run the investments that can produce outsized returns! Buckle-up buttercups - most people are about to lose more than they bargained for! |

Why worry when you say Nigerians are not exxporting anything hence the fall of naira. The tax will affect countries that exports their good to USA massively eg China Not ur regular 10kg Iru (locust beans) export |

Nigeria has a lot of trade partners and options. This won't hurt that much. And it's necessary to get America back on track. |

No one should blame President Trump for believing in pan-Americanism and holding American interests supreme in policy implementation within and outside America. On the contrary, most Nigerian politicians will steal the people's commonwealth and keep it in the Western vaults to subsidise the living costs of their citizens while leaving the poor Nigerians hungry and thirsty for even a meal a day. We must clap endlessly for Trump for his unwavering patriotism and determination to lead America toward socio-economic and ethical rectitude. We simply need a Nigerian TRUMP who will trumpet the citizens' interests laud and clear in policy formulation and implementation. May God enthrone such a selfless leader sooner than expected. Nigeria will surely get there! |

We all saw how buhari destroyed Nigeria with tarrif war and banning food items from neighbouring countries. The effects is what Nigeria is still suffering from and while those countries currency remain stronger. America cannot compete with China for anything. Even Americans companies so much rely on China. Even Americans cannot afford completely made in America goods not to talk of people of other weaker currency |
