I'm about to order this type of cordless water spray. But I'm a bit worried as I don't want to waste money.

Can this successfully wash a car with high power?
When I mean wash I don't need to use rag to wash or wipes it. Just flush like that with water those high pressure car wash. I know this will not be that powerful but i want to know if it can do the job..
