How can u keep a man inside private detention for over 3 years
And be spending our money to feed him.
Free him if not guilty which I doubt or kill him and save cost.

People who are guilty of first degree murder should not last more than 1 week in prison

The FG spend billions of naira every year feeding criminals

Some people send years in prison on awaiting trials.

I wish to be a president of Nigeria, all this nonsense will stop, like that gospel singer that was cought with his girlfriend head, what is the police waiting for, u saw evidence in his hand, investigation should not more than 7days kill the idiot and save the government from wasting our money.

I I thought the chief justice of the Federal High Court requested his legal team to officially communicate their request to have the Justice Binta Nyako recuse herself from the case and tender evidence or valid justifications of her compromise or reasons for asking her to recuse herself.

She recused herself because of the harassment, challenge and indiscipline of Nnamdi Kanu in her court. However, on returning the case file to the Chief Justice, the chief justice pointed her to the fact that the reasons she recused herself from the case are baseless until a proper justification is made by her or by the legal counsel of Nnamdi Kanu.

Hence the case file will be returned to her.

The onus is on Kanu's legal team to request and justify the court to move the file away from Justice Binta Nyako.

Nnamdi Kanu and his lawyers have been throwing tantrums all this while and making it look like the judge did not like him. Even when the judge try to transfer the case to another judge, they made a lot of noise about the new judge just so they could ask for the case to be transferred to South East.

Let them transfer the case to the north. There are a lot of competent judges in the north who can handle the case.

Under Rochas Okorocha's regime, I would drive into Owerri at 11 PM, check into a hotel, and still hit the clubs that same night without a hint of harassment or attack from anyone.
