Hi Everyone. I would like to know How much AIico pay graduate trainees. I'm about getting in as a graduate trainee, but I want to know the salary structure. This is because I have gotten other offers as well such as eco bank and Fidelity bank. I know Fidelity pay 380k for entry level, but I don't know about others. Note that this is strictly about money and growth in the company.

given the speed at which they updated me after each round of the recruitment I feel it's taking quite long for them not to have sent anything. Even if it's a rejection ( God forbid) at least I can look forward to other things.

they have already chosen the successful people from the aiico test carried out in February. they were contacted through phone call and mail.

And pls after the aptitude test, what are the other stages of the process? Thank you.

I didn't accept. It was 120 for the training school which is 3 months. Around 200 after completion and 250 after confirmation. Would probably have increased considering the economy.

Hello. Who here has an idea of the stages for this recruitment ? How many stages in total and what are they ?

The first stage was an assessment, then filling a link to upload documents, then in another virtual assessment that includes interview, presentation, group exercise etc

Pls what was the process like after clearing the assessment centre stage? I got a mail from workforce saying I passed the assessment centre.
Do you still remember the next steps after this?
