A hands-on President, a man thinking on his feet, leading the charge for innovative and creative technology in the 21st century. Let me joggle your memory for a second. This display was not a coincidence, It follows the recent assent by President Bola Tinubu to the Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON) Bill, 2023. The new law enables DICON to operate, maintain, and control subsidiaries and ordnance factories for the production, storage, and disposal of ordnance and related materials. It empowers the corporation to establish the Defence Industry Technology, Research, and Development Institute (DITRDI) to build a strong scientific and research-based technological foundation for Nigeria’s defence capabilities, such that it reduce the country’s dependence on foreign sources for weapons. The reliance on international sources for weapons has proven challenging, particularly in light of global events that has made international procurement even more difficult. Therefore, there's a need to increase our local manufacturing capacity. It further illustrates the collaboration between the military and local aircraft companies. The signing of the DICON bill, 2023 was painstaking in alignment with the President's agenda of strengthening the local industry, overhauling the defense technology and resuscitating the military capability. |

Enemies of the state will soon arrive. They will quickly check Google for American and Russian vehicles and post here. All in effort to disparage the country. Watch them, anything Trump does, they quickly use it to insult Nigeria. One of them took pictures of Trump's toilet so we see how the water is cleaning nyansh. Very despicable animals suffering from chronic inferiority complex. |

Manufacturing of military vehicles for a country that barely fights any war except for a handful of insurgency. When will this country start chasing the right goal We need export power and essential commodities at that, who would buy Military gears from fhking Nigeria.A country not even in top 20 of world power. |

slimfit1:That is your job and mine to design our prototype. Government can take you and I up from there if our prototype is viably excellent. We are too lazy in Nigeria thinking government will do everything for the citizens. Including common food productions o. God, deliver our generations for choosing uselessness above usefulness. |

Tinubu trust his personal security more than Nigerian army. That guy on goggles has been loyal for a very long time. Why I like Tinubu is that he makes his loyal people rich unlike other rich men |
