1. IPOB was labelled a terrorist organisation but Kanu is a personal legal entity that have not be labelled a terrorist by any means.
2. The case of proscription of IPOB is a matter in court, not subject to anybody taking it upon himself to declare publicly until the court gives final ruling.

The Nigerian side were no match for their Biafran adversaries on the battlefield so they had to resort to war crimes out of frustration and desperation. It was reported the Nigerian side lost more soldiers on the battlefield than the Biafrans did, and this led to the war crimes of Egyptian pilots strafing both military and civilian targets; economic and food blockade; Asaba massacre; shooting at anything that moves à la Benjamin Adekunle; and heaven knows what else....all targeting civilians as well as soldiers!
