Yes, that is the truth and what their constitutional says according to my knowledge and I don't think any individual can just wake up one day and be sending some useless executive order to stop it.

That executive order will be reverse in 4 years time and will be nail to the coffin never to happen again and if by chance democrat return to power which is likely going to happen it is to unfortunate to tell Trump he might live the rest of life in detention.

American is exceptionally different in that it's an immigrant country with different nationalities from majorly European countries coming together to form American.

It is a heterogeneous country unlike Nigeria that has large homogeneous regions forcefully fused together to form a country.

Like I said, if that be the case people like Trump whose grandfather was a German citizen lack the locus standi to stop other immigrants like him from benefiting from birth right law.

But holding a political office ....well , not possible right now.......

Some of my childhood friends from India, Lebanon, Germany , Palestine and France. They were all born in Nigeria. Some of them are using Nigerian passport...... especially the Lebanese and Indians.....

That will remain until the constitution is amended.

The US doesn't joke with all the Amendments. Its a constitutional Right that no judge or executive can trample upon .
Granting citizenship to those born in the US is in the 14th amendment. It'll take another amendment to erase it and that's no easy fit.
To the best of knowledge , the last amendment was in 1997
