I ordered MTN Mifi on the MTN E-shop on January 14th. During checkout, I was told to select my mode of delivery. I wasn't able to select a nearby MTN office address for pickup, so I was forced to use the door-door delivery service which costed 2,200. Then, I was told delivery would take 1-2 days.
After payment,I received a confirmation mail and SMS that my order has been placed.

Two days passed, no delivery call. I checked the status of the order and it was still on active. After five days, I called customer service and I was told to wait 8 days as delivery is 2-8 days. Well, I waited 9 days and there was still no delivery. Then, I kept calling customer service and kept receiving different instructions from the agents. One told me my complaint has been forwarded to technical team and I would receive my delivery the next day, another told me to contact them on Whatsapp and gave me a supposedly Whatsapp number which turned out not to be on Whatsapp, another told me to call 216, where I was told that I wasn't eligible to call the line. Another told me to contact them via mail, which I did. And the response I've been receiving was that my complaint had been forwarded to technical support and they are waiting for their feedback. I've been asking for updates for 3 or 4 days now and all I keep getting in return was that I should exercise patience and they are waiting for feedback from technical support.

I called customer service again yesterday and the agent told me there was no report that my complaint was forwarded and there was no complaint from my end at all. She eventually asked for my order ID and other details and forwarded the complaint. Later at night, I called customer service asking for the exact status of the order and she said she couldn't view the information from her end as the order was placed online and that the only thing that she could do was to forward the complaint which had been done in the afternoon. (She must have regretted being the one to attend to my call because I let out my frustrations on her...sorry Esther in case you are able to read this).

This morning again, I asked for updates from the mail end and all I got was to exercise patience as technical support had not sent feedback.

The whole thing is getting me suspicious, is technical support feedback supposed to be this late?
Has anyone ever experienced delay in delivery of any MTN product?
What's the best way to get my delayed delivery issue resolved quickly?

I went to one just outside my school gate and the man said I should contact customer care as there's nothing he could do. I guess I will just go again cause I'm just fed up.
