Recently, my laptop started freezing. Only works effortlessly when connected with charger. I even changed the nvme SSD to 256gb pcie gen 3 but as soon as the charger is disconnected, it freezes.

This started less than a month ago.

The specs :
HP Zbook 15u G3
Intel Core i7-6600u
16gb ddr4 Ram
512gb Samsung nvme gen 4 SSD + 240 gb SATA SSD (uses dual storage slots)
Win 11
2gb GDDR5 AMD FirePro W4190M professional graphics card

Also, if you want to go for a PC, go for a macbook or a chromium OS pc. Just leave windows for now.

My Samsung system the fat old model goes off during usage ,it lasts 10- 45minutes at most then goes off by itself.I switch it on then it goes off asap again ,sometimes I have to wait longer B4 switching on again.

Stop Antivirus Background Process

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc → Go to Processes → Right-click antivirus → End Task.
Disable from Startup

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc → Go to Startup tab → Right-click antivirus → Disable.
Uninstall Antivirus

Press Win + R, type appwiz.cpl, and hit Enter → Find antivirus → Right-click → Uninstall.
Use Vendor's Removal Tool (optional).

Download from antivirus website to clean leftover files.

Hi, I got my HP secondhand online and didn't realize the buttons CTRL, SHIFT, and other F2 keys. Imagine the frustration at not being able to copy or paste. Now, some of the numerical buttons are starting to fail. I will like to get the keys working, what can I do?

My Laptop powers on and can stay for hours if not unlocked.
Immediately I unlock to work, it just trip off. Bought a new battery but still no improvement.

My laptop suddenly shuts down while working. Sometimes, it hangs. It has a 8gb memory and 1tb diskspace. I recently added virtual memory to help solve the problem. Memory is now 32gb but problem persists.

I have another one that complains of battery problems even when plugged to the mains.

I no hold money, na why I never fix am. Where’s your location tho? Are u saying it’s possible that it’s display card issue and not changing the screen?
