Good morning guys,

Pls can I use kia picanto 2006 model for indrive and bolt.
I am currently using Camry 2.0l.
U can use any 4door car, year 2000 and above. But preferably 2003 and above cos below 2003 cars will be placed in lower categories with cheaper fares... And if entry level is increased in the future those <2003 cars will be invalid.

Please guys I need to seek advise from you guys 🥺
I had issues with my business in Ghana so I came back to Nigeria and have nothing left except for my Camry 2010 4 plugs and I'm newly married, should I venture into this Bolt/Uber or should I sell off the car and start up something, I wanted to know as well if this business bolt/Uber can sustain. Me and my wife with 1 child in this present economy! Thanks you all

what's the sell on value of the car at present condition? The business you have in mind, howmuch capital are you looking at? Then finally, will your car value augment with your start up capital? If no, just like dey drive your bolt dey look for other opportunities with proper planning.

At this point, is it not better to be placed in those lower categories and be seeing trips back to back than to be placed in the luxury level where you have to wait hours before getting one trip

Will the low fares of Economy category take care of the car?
Bolt category or comfort is where any reasonable driver should be.
There's no where in Lagos where "Economy fuel" is sold.

The focus is about buying a car for a start.
If it's a car he has already, he can go on, but I will not advise he spends huge funds to buy a car only to enter Economy or Uber Go category. If in the next 1 year they scrap that category nko?

But if you're are interested in making an investment with 100% return in a month lemme know. You must have a minimum of $500. My advice: even if you don't, go borrow it and you'll never regret doing so.
I plan on promoting the platform here but for now I'm keeping it under wraps.

I believe you'd still make money if you're in Lagos. But being that you haven't done ehailing before it might take some time to start making real money. So consult with Cheerfulgiver or Pearl1910 to show you how they run things.

I get you. I'm just stating in general terms.
Inflation is real and can be witnessed in prices of car parts. So one must endeavour to earn more money ( by doing quality trips) to catch up with inflation.

If you're on the mainland, find a trip to lekki in the morning, on indrive. Whether it's good or not, just pick and go. When you get to lekki, open your bolt app, you will get trips. Pick only the ones around lekki(phase 1 and 2) Then around 3pm, look for another one going to the mainland on indrive . When you get to mainland, open your bolt app, you will get requests. You can work there till you close.

Hello everyone, I am a first-timer here.

I have seen a lot of GAC vehicles being used on Lag Ride, and it got me curious about their suitability for ride-hailing platforms.
How does it compare to Toyota, Honda , Suzuki & Kia for Uber/Taxify?
How is the car's performance, durability, and maintenance costs?

Thanks for your response.
