Actually, she is the only one bold enough to rightly complain! But why should you care about your neighbours, right?

I arrived in Nigeria once and there was no light. Tenants in my 4 flat house all put generator while landlord me sat in my flat with no light because I did not want to contribute to the noise. 4 days later, a friend visited and asked why I was sweating in the dark.

My gen was the least noisy and powered all the communal lights too.

Always remember any date you give will always come by the Grace of God and you will be the one that will let people know if you are reliable or not.

Even though I am taking what you tell me with a grain of salt, I will give you till May to pay the balance of 125k because of the situation but you do need to seriously reflect on whether you can maintain the rent by yourself Also In june/july, i will issue 6 months notice to end on 31st January 2025 in case you are not able to pay your rent next year when due.

I don't like year in year out conflicting stories and this is my only business and how I fund things and even I have to step down and have been living in a one bedroom at 1800pounds a month with no income and a very rapidly depleting savings.

1.Everyone in Nigeria know how difficult it is getting home wen u re single mostly if bn a single lady ...went to the then caretaker to get a home with a family friend and he advised we collect as couple to enable we get it fast ... after getting the said house I opened up to the landlady and she drew my attention to my previous landlord chat about her not giving me the house due to my flat mate lapses which we both settle and she said so far I don't give issue with payment of rent then there wud be no issues...fast forward to 2024 my flat mate moved out and I ws expecting a child as a single lady who wishes to hv kids and start my own life ...the rent ws not coming forth in buck and my next door neighbour said he pays his installmental and ask I chat her which I did and she asked I make d first payment to be pay d balance by mid year I paid 150k was owing 125k bal in June I paid 100k ws owing 25k bal .cos of 25k bal a notice came 4 me to vacant the house .not this woman is used to calling me out on the platform, social media space here which is cyberbullying but till kept my cool til went she insulted my mother and I was forced to answer her even insulted me to go beg those I offended that that d reason I called pregnancy for 1and 3month which I eventually loose the child at birth ....I still kept my cool...
2.now to daddy Sophia issue u occupied the up flat and whenever u on ur gen at 10pm to 2am at night I can't open my window cos of the carbon that come directly inside my room I hv to go to the parlour which isn't well ventilated til he turns it off .I walked up to him series of times suggesting that he either service d gen or move to the parlour balcony which she was aware and said she already told him to do that cos of d kitchen n gen ...wen this persisted that was wen I sent him the above message...note this said man later saw me in person and we settled it ....I am hardly home I am a farmer .this same woman called me a slot dt that y I bear Sexyfarmer as WhatsApp name I replied her she ws one of my client .she removed me from the WhatsApp group ever since .
Ever since she keeps sending reminder notice and links of post here I choose to ignore cos I know she is trouble ..note am not the first tenant she is bully and giving issues since I move into the house am d 4th if am not mistaken and d 3rd agent she got she I moved in 2years ago hs bn sacked few weeks back ....she keeps sending links I delete to avoid me replying her in nov she fixed 2 cctv camera one facing the gate n my end and d 2nd facing my parlour entrance I didn't say a word cos I felt it for security purposes now last Wednesday 22nd of Jan I returned from the farm and saw another camera right on my kitchen which got my attention more that this is security conscious anylonger but a threat so I went making a report at the station that my life ws in threat cos I ws owing 25k ....so where did I go wrong my fellow Nigerians ....is bn a single lady struggling to make ends meet a crime cos I don't understand...now the police called her this after and she ws rude to them all in the name of asking 4 clarification

In the last 3 to 4 months, I have installed a total of 6 CCTV involving 21 tenants and only one complaint from Ngozi Grace Ekeh. All on the building and facing the gates and fence.

Only criminals that have something to hide have problems with attempts to protect lives and property and as a pathological liar non of the CCTV is near her parlour or her sitting room or kitchen as she claims.

Even Anambra State has made the installation of surveillance cameras mandatory and similarly Lagos State recommends it.

Please call Oloye to confirm arrangements for installing the 3 cctv on this Saturday 7th Dec 2024.

I have been told that 4g airtel sim is the best so Oloye will arrange for this. I have told him to load a monthly data plan instead of pay as you go which is more expensive.

No 1 cctv permanent one to target the first gate entrance and the moving one able to see into lawal street.It should be fitted by the top floor front bedroom.

No 2 cctv the permanent cctv to cover the second gate entrance and the moving one to be able to see the dustbin area and into the street. It should be fitted by the visitors bedroom.

No 3 cctv at the back fitted between the 2 flats with the permanent one towards the short water stand and the moving one towards the tall water stand.

The position to be fitted is a suggestion so if another works better than those let’s discuss.

These are tenants who you call professional tenants who abuse the system, will not pay rent but will have money to recruit lawyer and police thinking they will terrorise their landlord.

This is what she is complaining about

This is a compound where we have had problems with an exTenant who is suspected of selling drugs, some into yahoo yahoo 419 with plus, olosho coming to shout on an extenant that gave fake credit alert that other tenants had to contribute to give her something so that she can let them sleep (When he left the flat had voodoo shrine, blood stained pad and pants on the floor), olosho shouting on another extenant that he paid her less than their agreement( I personally witnessed this) a lot of stealing in the compound and the surroundings, several incidents of people taking Okada and running into the compound without paying and Aboki threatening to burn down the house. Both of the tenants are Igbo.

We need to send the message that this house is not for criminals and illegal activities and Ngozi Grace Ekeh is scared.
