A more reasonable and realistic opinion could have been that Egypt should annex Gaza (Gaza as it is today should become part of Egypt) while West Bank will be Annexed by Jordan.

As per relocation, if it must happen, the US should take them in and carve out a land for them in the mainland US where their new location will become the 51st state of the US since the US urgently needs a 51st state.
