This is about the unification of 13 colonies to form America. How does that tantamount to the composition of those who migrated from Europe around there between 1490- 1760?

You need to understand that most people at hearts are nomads. We move around. There is nothing wrong with someone looking for greener pastures. And the problem with Nigeria are in part the elected leaders. No vision for future. We are divided on tribalism. Till date the east are talking about separation and North won’t trust someone from east. Most of what works are what the British left behind . Why can’t we have running water in every home, why can’t we 24/7 electricity , why can’t we have secure homes and jobs for 80% of the populace. Why can’t we have running functional petrol and natural gas. Why can’t we have tarred roads at every street and smart buildings . Why do we need police men on the road with AK47’s asking for bribes ? When you step outside you realise life doesn’t have to be that hard.

So when you turn on the TV and see sky scrappers or what your fellow Americans are pushing the boundaries of science and technology you ask yourself do they have 2 heads ?

If I travel illegally to the US, that does not make me or my child (born or unborn) subject to the jurisdiction thereof of the US government, if I stay more than I am allowed to, I will be deported. Because I am still subject to the jurisdiction thereof of Nigerian government. So if the constitution is to be interpreted correctly, simply being born in the US is not enough, yes I met that part, what about the second? I did not meet that requirement, so the law does not apply to me. This law is the law that was used to make the descendants of the original African slaves citizens of the US. And later the Indians ( NOT the red dot one). I am NOT and American BTW. I be full blooded Igbo man.

You as the parent may be illegal but your child born in the states is American . Period no if or buts. The same is in Canada. The birth certificate will state where you were born. this has always been the case. And that is what the constitution states. As long as you are born in any state of the US , you are the citizen.
You are inferring when you state what you feel was the intent . It isn’t stated anywhere that the cause was to allow descendants of former African slaves to become citizens.

That's not true. In fact, John A Bingham and Thadeus Stevens, the men that promulgated this amendment, said it clearly that this amendment is NOT for foreign diplomats. It was only for people who have one or two connections to America, for example the former slaves, who were recently freed at that time, their connection to America is one, their parents were slaves in America, two they themselves were born in America and were slaves too, in America. So they qualify. Another were the native Americans, their connection to America, is their ancestral lands which the US government incorporated into America and made part of America, automatically the owners of those lands are subject to the US jurisdiction. It doesn't apply to you or me, I be Igbo man. Ok? You can argue till tomorrow for all you like.

As a Limpopian, I once witnessed a similar situation in one public hospital in Limpopo when I accompied a friend of mine, one pregnant Zimbabwean lady was brought in in the evening and she could neither speak Sepedi, English, or any SA languages... She was about to give birth, but just sat there all silent and not even trying to coorperate with the doctors... They didn't know how to communicate with her or what to do... They had to guess that she was in labour upon inspecting her.

I'm very sure that she crossed the border from Zim just to come and give birth in SA... Their entitlement mentality is really sickening.

There was also a recent video of a Zimbabwean lady harassing an SA nurse while taking a video of her to post on social media just so people can label the nurse xenophobic... The nurse stood her ground and didn't even get intimidated one bit.
