Lol...you must be dafter than I thought. You dont approach a court to point out a decided case while a law enforcement agent perpetrates illegality. You simply draw the attention of the authority to their anomaly...and if they refuse,you also refuse to comply with their illegality so when the opportunity presents itself in the courts, you use that technicality to knock their case off and support your non compliance or seek for compensation/damages.

The Nigeria police will soon realise their folly, they will release him unconditionally after being embarrased to
