You did not read the part where he had an altercation with the Police, plus he is a felon having gone to Prison even before the January 6th incident for which he received pardon.

Common sense would dictate that, if you are a felon and you should not go near a gun, but if you do daft and go ahead and carry a gun, when you stopped by the Police do not be double-daft to go into altercation with him or her, such altercation will not end in praise!

He already served his jail term and has been out since July last year. His own pardon is to give him a clean record.
