Now we all know this modern living will tear your body up , olosho diseases, alcohol, fast food, oily food, dusty air, stress, poverty etc etc. you end up being hooked permanently to one medication to keep you alive after a certain age. These medications are costly. There are people who have to cough up 500 thousand naira monthly to stay alive. How much is your medication ?

Medications for ulcers, high blood pressure, prostate cancer and diabetes have gone off the roof and this wayward president has not thought it fit to find a way to make these medicines readily available and cheaper to millions of Nigerians who depend on them to see tomorrow.. These sicknesses are basically rampaging through Nigeria on an epidemic proportion as we speak. Don't take.my words for it, speak to a doct.He has left everything including staples and medicines to the ubiquitous "market forces"! They say they're restructuring the economy. My brother..nothing I never try. I make different drinks which include garlic,cloves,ginger,sop barks,Neem leaves n barks,lemon grass,grape leaves and plenty of Chinese teas.. I take reload for men...I play tennis daily. But these things tend to encourage the plasmodium

Good thing is that it doesn't bring me down..just interefers with my daily activities..those runny nose n nasty headaches like 5 to 6 times a year

I should be but decided to adjust my lifestyle instead of an addiction to high BP tablets.

I guess I am hooked on to expensive hemp creams somewhat for some joints but in truth I can take them or leave them as they don't seem to help much sef.

30 something is too young sha to have steady medication though I accept life punches us all in the stomach in various ways.

I don't spend a kobo on medication. I'm 60

I'm over 30, and I don't spend a dime or get hooked on any medication. Although my addiction level to sugary food and cold water is worrisome.
