What is fact is there was no love lost between Yar Adua and El rufa'i, .El rufa'i was almost exiled literally when Yar Adua was president, so he fully endorsed and welcomed the full handover of Government to GEJ. any other thing is speculation , especially when it involves a complex man of many parts like El rufa'i., he can criticise his closest associates as he treat every issue on its own merit as he sees it. This is partly what makes him look controversial, self or even arrogant to some people.
