Confront her why? If not to confront her in court why should he bother directly confronting her if he has iron-clad evidence? So he might end up committing a crime against her only to end up in jail afterward? I honestly think confrontations aren't really worth it since they rarely bring any needed benefit or closure to those who are victims.

What kind of conversations was seen? Is it just flirt messages or something more concrete to proof physical infidelity? Believe me, a lot of women do chat or text an ex or another man in marriages atleast once during the course of the Union. Some do go thru and get involved physically while some just think they are innocently enjoying the attention and never end of up physically cheating.

All the same, I still condemn it. People should avoid what will bring about any form of temptation....
