The Air traffic control really got a lot to explain to the American people.

Unfortunately, the Air Traffic Control seems innocent after a release of their recording between them and the Helicopter.

The helicopter was flying above the required altitudes for helicopters in the airport.
Secondly, there were repeated questions to the pilot of the helicopter if he's seeing the incoming Plane but no response until the crash.

Tragic!

It seems deliberate..... but I won't conclude until more investigative details are out.

So sad about the 60 lives lost in this crash!
One thing is sure....American authorities will ensure a full investigation into the mid air collision and the report will definitely be made public while the culprit or perpetrators will be prosecuted!

Most of their investigation is to find out what really happened and what can be done to prevent such accidents from happening in the future!

Unfortunately,the reverse is the case in Nigeria where the regulatory agencies will start making excuses and claiming that accidents are inevitable and happen all over the world hence that of Nigeria is no different!
No proper investigation,no one is held responsible and not measures are taken to ensure that such doesn't occur in the future!


Same thing is applicable with the rise in collapsed buildings showing that as long as no one is held accountable and possibly punished,I don't think we have seen the last of collapsed buildings!
