Times without number, I have always reiterated that the past and present leadership of NOA are absolutely useless. I mentioned it at a recent townhall meeting we had. If you submit a proposal to them, they will tell you they don't have funds to execute it, if you rell them to just endorse, they will keep posting you till you get tired. Then they will rey to use that same idea to siphon money from the national treasury, however, it will be poorly implemented because it wasn't their original idea in the first place.

Whoever sheds man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed. That's The Bible. If I were Nigerian Police, once it's confirmed someone did kill another person for ritual, just pretend to transfer him somewhere and then leak the info to youths so that they can intercept and do the needful. It's not really jungle justice as such, because the present body of laws cannot keep up, so this is like a state of emergency where you may have to suspend the existing law for a bit to restore sanity. If this happens consistently for 6 months, we won't even hear of pick pockets again
