30 million naira is actually on an okay threshold, the money was not given to be shared but invested on an existing business or family franchise. Before now they have been surviving without the Government, prudent usage will go a long way for them. Government employment no pass police or uniform agency. Highest Ministry job. The salary is shitty and it is more or less a Greek gift henched on not yielding any benefit.
