Oga there is nothing wrong with that. When I filed for my green card my children names were included from day one which made it lots easy for me to bring them after getting my green card instead of waiting for citizenship which will make them stay extra years back home. This is not against any law.
The guy already said most people don't understand how American immigration system works, this is a good example.

Unbelievable. Social media really lowers people's IQ. Nigerians just love to snitch on themselves. You see Indians, Chinese, Lebanese etc getting their papers steadily and they don't cast themselves.
