As for IG . There is civil service act for 35 yrs and 60 yrs . Then another another section for tenure of 4 yrs .. simple common sense will tell even toddler that this 4yr tenure is valid subject to service act... Any otherwise can be challenged in court...

You have nothing to teach me about Public Service rules. Check previous IGPs like Okiro and Onovo. Even the immediate IGP Alkali, didn't complete 4 years. If Buhari had amended the law to give him 4 full years, Egbetokun would have retired before Alkali. This is blatant injustice; and severe corruption of the Police and the public service at large. It will not age well.

When I am president, I will amend all the existing laws to help all my friends. Na turn by turn
