You can post what you like but Ironsi died middle of 1966. Nigeria still had 4 Regions in 1967. How did Nigeria go from 4 Regions to 36 states? Ironsi was long dead?

A proper legitimate democratic governments will do referendums, proper boundary adjustments so that same people are not separated into two or more states by artificial borders. There are Igbos in Delta, Rivers, Benue. There are Ijaws in Delta, Bayelsa,
Ondo, Rivers. etc

Again, unity cannot be forced
