The way to go. Nothing stops the shoppers from bringing their own bags. The restriction on plastics should be extended to all retail outlets, including markets and restaurants. You can be served food in reusable plastic bowl, which is washed after each use. Or you come with your own bowl. Simple!
There's way toooooo much plastic pollution.
