Haters want MOS 2 not a new Superman movie. They only care about Snyder and Cavill. They don't really care for the character of Superman. So they get pissed because James Gunn Superman doesn't look like MOS at all. The day James Gunn tries to copy Snyder is the day I will loose all my respect for him. Be yourself, do your thing and stamp your own vision on your projects. Let the haters keep nitpicking and looking for something to whine about. 1 Like |

BlackManta:Bro, not everybody who talks bad about this movie really want MoS2 or Snyder back by all means. James Gunn is just never the great director many people make him to be. If the Russo brothers were hired for this role, I don't think I will be among the people hating on the movie. Gunn can't make great movie, he was just fortune to ride on the positive buzz MCU had back then. Directors like Russo brothers, Jon Watts and executive producer, Kevin Feige did far more better job than the overrated James Gunn. But he brought all these upon himself, by always wanting to talk and take jabs at DCEU when giving the rare opportunity to talk, forgetting that he's a director too. That aside. the cgi for this movie looks absolutely poor and there are much work to be done from now till July... No sleeping for him and his team Note: we should not be quick to forget that the people that many see as haters (today) were once on the defense while the defenders (today) were once the haters (yesterday). Life na turn by turn...e go surely reach everybody... |

On this day 2 years ago James Gunn announced the DCU slate Here's an update on how things are going so far. - First Superman movie since 2013 is due to release in 6 months time. Written and directed by James Gunn himself. - Creature Commandos is done with season 1 and is already renewed for season 2. - A Green Lantern series is in production and is about to start filming. From the director behind Netflix hit series Ozark and writer Damon Lindelof who produced the critically acclaimed HBO series Watchmen. - A Supergirl movie is currently being filmed. - A Clayface movie is in development. Written by famous horror director Mike Flanagan. Scheduled to release next year. - Peacemaker S2 currently in post production. Written by James Gunn. - Dynamic Duo is currently in development. An animted movie focused Dick Grayson and Jason Todd. To release in 2028. The script is ready. This is all the projects that is making headway right now. BlackManta:Most of these projects are just marketing strategy just to build hype for the current Superman movie. Most will not even get to the tunnel, talk more of seeing the light. Hohenheim:MoS is better than all the children movies you just mentioned now! Only the 1st GotG looked a bit unique, probably because it was the first for other garbages to follow. Nobody dances in the middle of critical situations, even Michael Jackson himself won't try that. That's utterly rubbish and foolish to do, but because nobody takes them serious so it's normal in the eyes of people like you. His villains are always weak and almost useless in the grand scheme of things. Show me any good and befitting villains from any of his movies, I'm waiting. Like they say: A movie is only as good as its villain. I don't want to talk about that rotten SS movie sef. I have seen movies rotten movies (in my term: dead body film) rated fresh in RT so I can't be fooled and deceived by that over bloated scores... |
