170 is not a good budget for a NEW GOOD PHONE, rather go for GOOD UK USED MOBILE DEVICE with good function, avoid Iphones oo, go for likes of SAMSUNG, GOOGLE PIXEL and HUWEI

Just tell me why that will be. All those UK, USA used phone are 99.9% stolen and I will never advise anyone to buy it. I have read stories of people that bought it and travelled with it innoently, only for them to be tracked on connecting to the internet.

Go for redmi 14c 6/128g or add small thing and go for 8/ 256g brand new on jumia the latter should be around 174k while the first on is around 160k. That is what I am using now. Don't be coined to buy UK used not that they are not good, it may disappoint.
