Your transcript hasn't changed. They're talking about the Admission letter and SL/BA. SL expires after 6 months if not used from the day it was issued. Some people also attend interviews with Admission letters without enrollment since the summer or winter 2024.

Please everyone should not fail to adhere to this, you won't get a subsequent mail to upload the right doc again. They'll issue you a rejection.

My school gave me a subsequent letter showing I had made part payments and the admissions officer said what the German authorities usually need is a Zulassung which is what she had issued me. Enrollment isn’t till September and as such I can’t get an enrollment letter…my point is that are the German authorities aware of situations like this?
Also how long does it take to block an account? For instance Expatrio?

They just need your CV and motivation letter. If they need "proof", they'll request for it. That's very unlikely

Lectures starts 24th march for the summer class and enrollment ends April 15th, 2025.
I booked for Visa appointment Sept, 2023, and I learnt they’re still Feb 11th 2023 (the last appointment date given).

Should I enroll with them or re-apply for the winter semester to get a winter admission letter.??
