My question is, was there no female chaperone? You don't examine a female without one. Not in this day and age.

Yes, there are dodgy ones, but also victims. A UK doc narrowly escaped jail because lady who lied against him. The attention-seeking weyrey liar waived her anonymity and another doctor who refused her antics saw it in the papers. The lady had a thing for doctors and pursued them for romantic liaisons. But of course, no doc gave in to the middle-aged lady.

So, the doctor who was fed up with her antics and refused her as a patient, came forward just in time to alert the court. The judge later remarked that if not for the new evidence, the doc would most certainly have been jailed.

So imagine if the accuser had remain anonymous.

Also imagine if the accused was an immigrant. Even the doc remarked that if he were a foreigner, the other doc might not have come forward.

The accused, the other doc and the middle class married lying lady were all Caucasians.

I'm sure some people reading this will remember this case.

This is not to exonerate anyone but to ensure people are careful.

In this era of DEI, any immigrant professional had better be on their toes 101%.

For this very reason don't doctors have cameras to record their interaction with patients? ... especially as a Black doctor in a White State? Touching inappropriately is very subjective ... as in the doctor feeling her breasts for a lump or whatever. Even if he records his interactions ... the Police had to go back two to three years to find someone who just have to say he touched them inappropriately. Once the woman makes an accusation ... that's it. A money grab almost all the time. I just hope if acquitted ...he goes after them in court and not just let them slide. One just accused Jay Z of raping her when she was 13 years old .... he went after her and her lawyer..he not playing .

I beg to disagree with you....He should have practice what he studied but chose to do extra for his own beneft. 80% of women even prefer male than female doctors. White male doctors are arrested and procecuted too for innappropriate touching during visit. I am a man and a white man doctor has innappropriate touch me. I was little young then but Can still recall. The doctor maybe still alive but can't say where he practice now. That was over 25 years ago. If you're a doctor whether male or female, practice what you are thought to do and not extra....because you want feel something you know is unethical and beyond what you're thought to do as a doctor.

Many Doctors do it Nigeria too but the victims are afraid to speak because of stigmatization and our poor justice system

There are thousands of male Nigerian doctors in usa. Why aren't they accusing them?

He could be innocent as some people just want to look for your trouble but in a western society,you should be on your toes and apply wisdom in your ways.You should always get a chaperon whenever you need to examine a female.
