The evidence is enough to expose INEC and the witnesses have done the needful in those areas where manipulation took place. It's now incumbent on INEC to bring their witnesses forward to tell the tribunal how they generated a different result sheet and figures different from what same INEC posted on the IREV and written in form EC8A with the party agents as well as show the number of accredited voters in the BVAS 🔥🔥🔥. They have been exposed with enough documentary evidence by Asue Ighodalo, CTCs and form EC8A, BVAS etc. |

sirgoody:Like I have said i previous threads. You cannot rig an election. in Nigeria without leaving evidence. The evidence is in BVAS machines (over voting) and from EC8 (altered results). Anybody who claimed he was rigged and cannot provide (or base his evidence on) the BVAS or EC8 in court is lying. When you hear anyone talking about irev in court, just know there and then that the person lost and knows he lost. This is not to say that presenting BVAS and EC8 means you won, it may prove rigging in some Polling units but it does not mean you won overall. My point is rigging always leaves evidence and this is how you prove rigging. |

If INEC could aid a party to write and use cloned prefilled EC8A forms (in Kogi).. If INEC could help a party to replace form EC8A with changed figures.. (in Edo) If INEC could collabo with security agents to chase away opposition Polling agents at Collation centre, just so they could smuggle in replacement Collation form EC8C (in some local govts in Edo).. If INEC could go to court and keep mum when these evidences were presented against them and the party they helped..(at various Tribunals) What makes you think they can't change the info on the BVAS machines before presenting it to the court. This is a supposed referee in a contest. 🤔🤔 |

ogugwa1992:So now INEC is submitting BVAS machines as evidence in the Edo Governorship Tribunal, but during the presidential election case, they acted like BVAS wasn’t reliable? The same technology they downplayed is now being used to prove over-voting? If BVAS can expose irregularities in Edo, why wasn’t it good enough for the presidential case? It’s clear that evidence is only accepted when it suits certain interests. |

ogugwa1992:. 133 polling units contested 19 witnesses called. What is the ratio? Do the evidences so far have any effects on the results ? Time will tell! |

iwaeda:That's true. They're already planning for 2027. That one go heavy them. I keep saying it that the day Nigerians want to stamp out exploitative politics and focus on true democracy, we will all stand up and work for it. Nothing good comes easy. We must stop producing illegitimate presidents in Aso Rock. |

Things just got really difficult for Edo APC. A hand bigger than Akpabio/Oshiomole’s want Monday Okphebolo gone. Someone in the President’s kitchen cabinet. I suspect the son of the President. Same thing with Obama in Lagos. People more influential than those who conspired against him have risen. Its left for us to see how things play out and which side will prevail eventually. |
