We're no more subsidizing the naira like it was done back then. Don't forget some obidients were claiming naira will be 2500/$ by now.

You shouldn't be angry the naira is gaining value. The reason Dangote can comfortably cut price is because the naira is gaining value. If it can continue like this price of fuel will keep on falling.
I don't like Tinubu because I feel he is the least competent and least corruption free of the major candidates that contested and he has made a lot of policy missteps, but yes,the fact remains that the way things were going expectation was that by now,the ₦ would be trading at about 2500-2800/dollar.
The ₦ seems to have stabilized and done better than feared and this would have a major effect on prices of goods and services.
You are also correct to state the fact that Dangote is reducing price of fuel not because he is a patriotic Nigerian but simply because the ₦ is appreciating.
If naira appreciates further to say 1200, fuel price and many other products prices will also reduce.
One may hate the man but any economic improvement will positively affect the lives of Nigerians,so should be welcome

Well, before u bring this argument to your level (0). Let me quickly remind u that One of the campaigns or let me say malignment of PDP was that 180 to a dollar was unacceptable... Promising to bring it drastically down...

Well said. Government projected dollar to 1500 in 2025 budget, and inflation at 15%. With dollars coming down now, I hope to see the effect on the price of goods and commodities

When will Apc govt bring it to at least 180 they met it??
APC wants Sharia law in SouthEeast Nigeria, and most of the Yoruba Muslims aiding this agenda from their Fulani masters are from Kwara State. Pathetic
