Litigations has torn him apart and then there's this $15,000 monthly hefty child support, now the killer of it all is not having any shared custody of the kids he is mandated to pay $15,000 for... common father in-law, I think that would eat any man up and more over if he truly wants them all dead he would go through it already but he chose to go alone.. suicide is not easy,, respect to the dead.

Not withstanding, what transpired in my opinion was unrelated to his suicide. Perhaps other issues such as his ex-wife seeing other men or bad debts may also have been at play. He may have been dealing with other mental health issues.

He could’ve filed for bankruptcy, or moved his assets to a sibling there are ways around this.

We all witnessed Hakimi’s case, even Ludacris filed for bankruptcy at some point even though he was cashing out on fast and furious.

He wouldn’t have been sentenced for money he didn’t have.
I wish he had strong support systems. Suicide is not the answer!

My sis was telling me how the first born has a g wagon and his baby mama dey also deal with him. You have money so you roll with it till the pikin is 18. Then you decide what to do

The $15000 is likely exaggerated - Diddy was paying $21000 as child support. Yes the doctor is doing well but the court will look at his income the circumstances etc. And he also has lawyers of his own

That’s what every provider who is with their children do. That decision should not be made by the woman and forced on the man by the court. If the wife doesn’t agree, she can get a job and augment. The child belongs to the man too and he wants the best for them.

I know litigation costs a lot of money, but he could’ve appealed the decision rather than take the suicide route.

Update: I see some people think the family will be broke because of his exit, but that’s not usually the case, probably most men at his career level have insurance policies worth millions, often facilitated through their workplaces and/or private insurance, so the family should be fine financially.

Meanwhile, in Africa where there is no such laws, did they need to tell you before you give ex wife child's Support? Most cardiologist don't make more than $250k to 400k per year, the deceased is not a veteran cardiologist(Minimum 10 years of practice) so he's probably on the lower end of that scale. Further, when you factor in taxation, the man might not even earn 25k per month, having such a person pay $15k per month as child support is DIABOLICAL! That's 60% or more of his net income!

What's even more diabolical is that he would pay this without having access to his kids....In no world is this fair, if he was truly a danger to his kids there would be a restraining order against him and criminal proceedings, let's stop typing and judging issues without empathy, remmber you could have a son or daughter in similar situation one day, hopefully he or she won't feel helpless to the point of kpaing him or herself!

You don't know how these exes with the legal system on their side usually make the life of their partners a hell. She would never reason with him. Would they even involve the court if it was possible for them to agree between themselves?

Since suicide is a failure on his part, ur daughter that is alive can as well make herself a success for the kids then. Let her start by providing that special care for the kid all by herself now!
