You want to enter a European country without a schengen visa, they offered an alternative, you declined, you then started making demands that they lodge you in a hotel. Was it their fault that you couldn't meet the requirements to pass through a European country?? All of a sudden, you threw a used sanitary pad at the Kenyan airways employee and the employee should keep staring at you without a response because you are a Nigerian??

She deserved what she got. The Kenyan Airways staff knows Nigerians are lawlessly lawless, and from a Lawless country.

I was travelling from British Isles through CDG/ Schiphol en route Nigeria with a Nigerian passport. It's simple as ABC. The return was same in reverse.

There is no difference once she is no exiting the customs clearance in Paris which she will not be able to anyway without a valid visa(she'll not be allowed exit the airport) and her final destination on her ticket says Manchester and she has a valid UK visa she can transit through Paris without a Schengen visa.

There is no complexity to it.

The woman can however be denied boarding or de-boarded for exhibiting antisocial and or violent behaviour, or for being intoxicated that happens all the time and the airline are not obligated to put you on a next flight for free, they can even ban you from flying their airline depending on the nature of the incident.

I've used the words aggressive, anti social and disturbing amongst others to describe her actions and I've even given the airline a reasonable excuse to deny her boarding.

But I don't buy the nonsense from the official spokesperson of the Kenya airlines about the shengen visa. What I can glean from the video is that the lady became irate because of a long stopover 17hours as she can be heard stating in the video and the lack of courtesy service from the airline she argues that some individuals were given meal tickets while others were denied I suspect that the conflict is predicated on this fact, she also claims boarding passes had been issued which means she has been cleared to transit through CDG, I suspect her flight out from Kenya to Paris was delayed/ rescheduled without adequate courtesy from the airline causing upset and erratic behaviour which itself can't be excused
