I am one not keen on the 3D of any house because any house can look good from the exterior but it's the inside that matters.
Lots of homes have shitty insides but it all depends on the clients taste and the Architect's/Engineer's/Builder's concept.

Sorry the guy don't charge per SQM he will come and access the job then give you his quotation, you can negotiate with him like I said if you want a perfect job not developer kind of job (anyhow)
