It's interesting how most of those resources that China exports are available elsewhere, but no one wanted to invest in extracting them as the carrot of cheap Chinese labour was too much to be resisted.

If you've a strategic resource and only one country provides it, you've got a huge problem.

Tariffs harm the country imposing them just as much as the country on which they are imposed, if not more so, and only increases prices for end consumers. The irony is many US businesses have out sourced their manufacturing to China so US business will suffer.

Make two of them suffer wetin concerns us from this part of the world. We are still battling epileptic power supply in 2025

How I wish you made sense. China has complete production line of 98℅ of the goods they manufacture. They import very little but export everything from goods and services and they serve all countries of the world. They can survive without US.

They keep manipulating their currency to stay below Dollars so that US will keep finding it difficult to manufacture and sell competitively. US will become a paper tiger if BRICS come into play.
It's people that have never been to the two countries that still thinks that US has anything to offer apart from wars.

Mexico and Canada only reempasized and represented the agree agreement they had with the USA even under the Biden administration.

This is not the first time Mexico has deployed Military to their borders with 🇺🇸. China needs the world . They are a manufacturing economy so things are made cheap but who gonna buy it ? The West and Europe, and The west are huge consuming economy. All those maga caps are made at 5 cents yet sold for $25US.
