Tinubu is a law breaker who enthrones nepotism over due process.

There is a council under the ministry of health called the MLSCN, established by Act 11 of 2003.

In that law ratified by the National assembly about 20 years ago, it says that a Board Chairman of MLSCN MUST be a member of the profession and a fellow.

Tinubu appointed a different professional Babajide Salako to head that organisation through his lackey Tunji Alausa.

He is correct, the court has no power to initiate or advice an impeachment against the president, only the house and the senate has the power to do that, the court can however, upheld or reverse an impeachment initiated by the chambers.
