Good evening!
I have been having this scrotal scratch for months now without any solution. I have used antibiotics, injections, herbs, anti scratch and all that.. No changes.

The symptoms are:
Sweet scratches at the base of the scrotum. I am sure its not scabies.

I recently began sweating from my groin area and laps which makes the scratch increases.

After scratch, the place gets inflamed, tiny wounds at the scratch area, they get healed while scratching, then another phase.

I need help!!

You need to visit a clinic. Stop going to pharmacies. Visit a physician at the clinic to diagnose you. If you value your life and health, stop visiting the pharmacy, most especially after using your body as a lab rat for drugs and injections.
