The president can't seek for amendment for a bill passed to him for assent, he is to withhold or decline assent, if he withhold, NASS can veto it after a particular duration (60days or so), if he declines, they can amend and represent it

What exactly have you said? If he has mentioned specific flaws in the bill, how does this stop them from ammending the bill and re-presenting it for assent?

Who is They it is a statutory duty of a state government to fund education.

Universities are been created every where like secondary schools the one already created are not well funded yet we're creating more without any job for the students after graduation.

The money used to create more universities can be use to build factories to create jobs for the students after graduation.

can education be too much? Infact Nigeria still need More establishment of universities and other higher institutions of learning either through the government or private individuals. Your problem is that you are myopic and lack capacity to think extensively because of your defective brain.

It's saying the university bill they presented, accorded the authority on federal land disposal to the Governor, which they feel is not right, since it's a federal government land that they plan to use to the establishment of the University of Education, which I believe will be a federal government institution.
