Proudlyngwa:So if you hire someone to do a job for you,if the person fails consistently your excuse to keep him and continue to watch your business crumble is that is the person not a human being like you the employee?? Hyperzombism. This was how you made excuses for Buhari only for you to agree today that Buhari was truly a mess just so you can make even more excuses for Tpain? Hyperzombism. |

Proudlyngwa:Thought the government said it has saved money from removal of fuel subsidy and such monies will be channelled into paying for roads like this? |

This probably would be my last post on nairaland. It is kind of funny to see people saying that those who defend the toll gate are supporters of tinubu. The reason why is that such criticisim is basically their way of campaigning for their side. Just as the agbado people were ferociosuly attacking PDP In 2012 when it was time to remove subsidy. Fast forward to today, and they all support subsidy removal. Nigeria needs to toll roads. And as I have said here, if it was Obi that was president and he made the same decision to toll the roads...I would have backed him well well. Because at the end, just as I backed pdp on subsidy removal, even when I despised them, I will back APC on this, even though I also despise them Fools and imbeciles will come and call me agbado. Some will think I am supporting their side....the truth is, I am supporting NIgeria. I support and have never supported a side. If you want to complain about how the money would be eaten by corruption...you should not be here. You should be out there doing the thing many did to make saner climes sane. But many of you are supporting or criticising because...you have taken sides. You want your side to win. It's why abuse, rather than discussion , is the currency of this site. It's time for me to go, after being here in one way or the other since 2013. I can't stand the abuse and the magical thinking anymore. The idiots who oppsed subsdy removal in 2012 brought today's economic crisis on us. The idiots who oppose this road tolling....somehow expect us to magically find money to keep the roads running. Yeah, that's how people like Ojuntana and Helinues think. Magical thinking. And they abuse those who disagree with them. Well, it's been nice playing with the kids...but I got to do adult things. 2013-2025. Well, am back, but I won't be responding to mentions anymore. And I will be off line most times |

Tinublization at it's peak. Una never seen anything. Una go pay tire. From petrol subsidy removal, to increasmenf if electricity tariff, then telecommunication fee hike, vat etc. No more freebies for Nigerians. The political class are getting richer, while the middle and lower class suffers the brunt. |

Yes! First time in a very long time I'd see something sensible in here! You made sense! Subsidy was supposed to free up funds for infrastructural development! My problem with the tolling of the roads are the effect of inflation! It clearly states that 50% discount will be given to frequent road users! When the effect of inflation comes into Olay now..... You'd hear things like, toll gas been increased 100%! And to toll a road for 25, years just to repay loan! How will repairs and maintenance be funded then? nairalanda1: |
