Lets help someone today in this condition.

they really need help. Go to uni Ilorin teaching hospital and see children suffering with cancer of the eyes. Some have died because of lack of money for treatment. My daughter is receiving treatment there too and I know how it feels. We need people to help those children

I dont know who is seeing it, I remembered when I was diagnosed of cancer Jan 2023, it was crazy, gastric cancer(stomache cancer) and the doctor was talking about total removal of my stomache, lastly he partially removed it. Then chemo came and like play I started first chemo till the 6th chemo. I will be going to hospital tomorrow to see the doctor, I pray I hear good news. Please if you have a cancer patient among friends and family please play a role in helping them, with financial support, care, prayers or word of encouragement. It's not something you will like to wish your enemy. May God be with us all
The God whom u serve ll go b4 and after u.
It's not easy mehnn, I remember few people I watch this deadly disease taking life out of their body aren't what any ll wish for his/her worst enemy.

Amen brother, na God ooo. God raise People to stand by me esp the finance aspect, and the care esp friends outside Nigeria, bro. The chemo is crazy, words can't explain it. If you have faith before you have to raise it to power 10.

You have to be convicted you will make it, because everything around you will be saying otherwise. Depression will be the other of the day, u will be tired of life. Make God perfect my health and heal everyone that's passing through cancer or any other diseases from diagnosis stage to post chemo stage. It's crazy brother

January 2023 to now is a very long time from surgery to finishing chemo. When did you have your surgery and when did you start chemo?

What causes cancer?

Anybody pls?
I'm not in the medical field ..... but have siblings who are ... have done research ..have listened to various documentaries ... testimonies ...have made my own observations and been involved in the treatment of people I know in person. My following comment is based on this background.

What causes cancer is never discussed ... because cancer treatment is a business that needs patients and prevention is not good for the business. Can you name a killer disease in which the public is not told what steps to take to prevent it? ...as in malaria... we're told it is caused by mosquitoes and the various steps to take to keep off the mosquitoes and prevent contracting the disease. Never with cancer. They begin with testing ...hoping you have it ..very quick to diagnose it.

Cancer occurs when normal cells go rogue ... stop doing what they are supposed to do and do something else ... start attacking the body. What causes cells to go rogue is not specific ... but the least of them is a hereditary condition. One of the main reasons is environmental.... air pollution ... Water pollution ..chemical pollution and the foods we eat. Some stuffs we have around us and use are known carcinogens... proven to cause cancer .. cause the cells to go rogue ... and we are ignorant of these. For example ... Sniper .. mosquito sprays... we have a mosquito problem and we get the deadliest mosquito killer ...fumigate the room ... breathing in the carcinogens that can cause the cells to go rogue. Later on in life ... members from the household are all eventually down with cancer. Why wouldn't one say it is hereditary in the family? Someone said same to me about a family we both knew in which four of them at that point died of cancer .... three others had it and one didn't. The one who didn't had moved out from the family when young. How did they get it? ...the father worked at a ore processing facility. There were belts used to transport the ore to the kiln and heavy chemicals were used in the process. When the belts were discarded he brought them home and covered the front of his yard ...so instead of grass and soil... his front yard was like all mat... same in parts of the house. The chemicals are still within the mat so they were brought up in than environment...breathing in carcinogens. All except the one had cancer. My aunt died of cancer ...was diabetic ..and used a "sweetener" ..a sugar substitute ..that was later banned because it was proven to be a carcinogen....what about the foods we eat that "high fructose corn syrup" is the sweetener? ... a sweetener banned in Europe and Canada for the same reason? What about Round Up that we spray to kill "weeds"? The water we drink..... Factories and mines that drain chemicals that contaminate our potable water sources? Let's just be aware...we need to look out for our own health . Part 1.

Anyone in the medical profession ....feel free to agree but especially disagree with anything I've stated that is not correct .

PART 2
Don't forget ... my knowledge from information I picked up aong the way .

How does the body itself respond to these rogue cells? when the cells can't be killed or repaired they are gathered and taken to a special "prison" which appears as a lump. Lumps can be for other reasons ...not cancer only. Now women are told to go for screening every year and like immediately if they feel a lump in the breast. How do they test?...by screening... radiation...and radiation is being said to be a reason for cells to go rogue ...become cancerous. The other Methodist to pierce the lump and test the cells inside to know if they're cancer cells. If they are. Not..then the lump is said to be benign....harmless. if the cells are cancerous ... then she has breast cancer. To extract the cell for testing ...the lump had to be pierced ..the prison broken into ... Other cells or prisoners will escape. And we wonder why after testing ...we later hear the cancer is spreading. Knowing this ... there is the option of breast removal ... cut off the breast in the hope that any escaped cells did not go beyond. Now my question... is it really worth testing for cancer? My neighbour .... had a lump on his neck for like five years and it really got big and was affecting his breathing. At 16 years old ...surgery ..they removed it..he had a big X on his neck ..within months it start popping up again ...second surgery...it never popped up again. We learned he had cancer ..it was spreading down his air passage... then his lungs ...had destroyed one of his lungs ... started on the other..all the while we knew but he was deliberately kept in the dark. We heard him struggling more and more to breathe ..we knew he was dying... he had no clue...talked about when he got over it ...we supported him in whatever he wanted or wanted to do. He was hospitalized... the doctors said they didn't know how he was till alive cause his lungs were finished. He died....17 years old. So what do we do if we are diagnosed with cancer? ... or detect a lump that may be cancerous?

to be continued.
