A minor cannot give consent to a contract or sex. I don't know how to explain it to you.

If a 15-year-old sells his house to you in a contract, that contract is null and void because a minor does not have rights to legal consent. What I expect you to be arguing is the age of legal consent in Nigeria.

It's clear from your story you did not impute rape. You clearly stated that the teacher slept with the girl, got her pregnant, shikena, no rape, so your talk of statutory rape came in much later which is why I discountenanced it.
