OkpaNsukkaisBae:Amigoss and sean na influencers ![]() The truth is there are people that have actually mastered that betting shît and they make serious money from it. It's risky, and most betters get hurt, but that doesn't negate the fact that some people have mastered it and making money from it easily. I personally know someone that made over 300m from sportybet last year, and I have another person that wins millions almost on a daily basis in my presence. No hearsay or rumors. |

LordAdam16:https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2025/02/06/trump-gaza-palestinian-displacement-israel/ Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz said on Thursday he has instructed the military to draft a plan to “allow voluntary departure” of Gaza residents from the enclave — days after President Donald Trump’s controversial proposal that the United States “take over” the Strip and remove all the people living there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j69NZlQjAI8 |

iamoyindamola:Nigerians that for their entire lives have lived in states other than their states of origin are still seen to be overstepping or disrespectful to their hosts when they try contest for elective positions in the States they've lived all their lives. As a British citizen by naturalization, you have the right to contest for most (maybe all) elective positions in the country, and you don't think 6 years is too little to grant that level of access? Like I can go do undergrad/PhD in the UK, work two years and I'm automatically qualified to aspire for any position in the country...crazy. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by iamoyindamola(m): 12:43pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
Theflint1:What do you mean by 6 years is too small For that 6 years you are contributing to the development of the country one way or the other You are making it sound like they are doing them a favour whereas it's the other way round 80% of those born in that country don't want to work or do anything tangible, most of the work are done by the immigrants The tution fees are fvcking expensive yet the immigrants pay, so they just want to collect their money Was kemi born in youkay? , she's becoming an hypocrite |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 12:51pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
iamoyindamola: ![]() I would have agreed with you, if Nigeria itself was not way worse. Kemi is right on this one. |

izzou:If it was a white man that's planning the law I won't have issues But from we we that benefitted from the same system is wickedness I have this feeling she doesn't want competition from the Nigeria migrants |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 1:11pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
iamoyindamola:She is proposing 15 years, of which I am sure she has done...Not bad. Can you contest or claim to be Anambra, despite living there and being a Nigerian all your life? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 1:12pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
31 new states? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by iamoyindamola(m): 1:16pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
izzou:I don't know they do in anambra I know anyone can contest in Lagos Forget those thugs that threaten iya chidinma, it's now a matter of can you win or not I am not from Lagos but can still contest |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by iamoyindamola(m): 1:16pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
izzou:Which country |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by GloriousGbola: 1:25pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
izzou:She is an UK citizen Because of liberal policies. She was born in UK before 1983. She would not be in UK today without those policies. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 1:28pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
iamoyindamola:Nigeria has 36 states. You mentioned only one. Oya mention another one. I'll wait |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 1:30pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
GloriousGbola:We know, and we agree But then, 15 isn't too much in my opinion. Can a UK citizen come to Lagos, live for 6 years and be able to contest for LG Chairman? |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 1:46pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
izzou:Anybody can contest election in any state, and people do, even last Edo governorship election, there was an Igbo woman running under one mushroom party like that. People just happen to have a much higher chance in Lagos because it's the most heterogenous state in the country, hence why you see it happen a lot more frequently. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 1:49pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
GloriousGbola:You can benefit from a situation while agreeing that the situation is flawed, and that these liberal policies worked at a particular time doesn't mean it works now. I don't see her coming after the policy as hypocritical. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 1:51pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
Theflint1:Maybe I didn't put it well, but the context here was in the changes of being accepted and winning. Kemi isn't a British by birth. She contested and won. I doubt if someone who's not Edo by birth, can contest and win |

Theflint1:If you were involved in exam malpractice to pass, and somehow you find yourself invigilating You will penalize those who cheat right and your excuse will be it's not good That's why I said if another person apart from her it won't be an issue |

izzou:Abi oh. All these foreign countries are even nicer than us when it comes to immigration The US has one of the most relaxed immigration laws. There are countries in the world where there is no pathway to citizenship. In US you have family, school jobs investment even lottery Can a man named Okonkwo contest in Ogun, Adebayo contest in Imo That is too far. Can a man from Akwa ibom contest in Cross river? |
