Why running the universities with a temporary head?

Their is process for getting substantive VC screening,interview, exam etc, those appointed are to run for 6 months that's ok for the process. Many council chairmen intentionally frustrate the process of getting substantive VC by not placing advert etc. Snce the process involves ministry of education and presidency they prefer acting VC that council can easily manipulate the process

Prof. Aisha Maikudi is not qualify to be either Acting or VC, in the first place, going by stand university rules. She was appointed by northern power qouta system even as she did not met the requirements. The governing council used there power, forgetting that, north or religion biggotry doesn't work for now.
