Jcoleworld911:Wayo. You want people from Anambra to be continued to be underrepresented through making Anioma the sixth state of the southsouth. It's like you create more problems trying to solve existing problem. |

PressMyButton:Smart by half. The southeast and southsouth zones are the honey pot of Nigeria. Undermining the two zones through political structure shortchange is like cultivating doomsday for Nigeria. When it comes, you'll regret everything. |

How much is the FG budgeting for Fulani herdsmen that will destroy the crops? If the FG could be killing IPOB members while doing nothing about herdsmen I think we need to examine the brains of the people in the presidency |

The average income per person in Nigeria has yet again reduced to $835.49 in 2025, further shrinking the living standards of the people, according to new data from the International Monetary Fund (IMF). This drop represents a modest 4.73 percent fall from $877 it stood in 2024, highlighting the continued erosion of household incomes amid the raging cost-of-living crisis. Using the average exchange rate of N1,500 to a US dollar, an average Nigerian earns N1.25 million in a year, a situation that has just improved due to the recent rally of the naira. |

femisplash:As citizens of Nigeria, we’ve failed woefully since the day we started criticizing only the federal government alone leaving state governments outside the blames. In case we don’t know, governors are the real game players, they’re the emperors, they’re the ones that gets the biggest chunks of the National cake. Federal government are just at the center of the show while we leave the governors out of it, meanwhile, they’re the real fox that eats up our collective chickens. Lemme say this, governors are the biggest players in the Bureau De change market, they change the monthly allocations given to them by the federal government into foreign currencies and round trip it back home. Since the coming of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu, allocations of all states have doubled if not tripled, how many of the governors are showing workings. I think it’s the high time we started holding our governors responsible. |

TheBillyonaire:Security challenges in Nigeria are complex, involving various groups and requiring a balanced response from the government. While concerns about handling IPOB and herdsmen issues are valid, generalizations and divisive rhetoric only worsen tensions. Constructive dialogue and equitable security reforms are essential for peace and progress. |
